My style of therapy is known as “Integrative.” During our first few sessions, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you’ve been struggling with.
Know that I am a very open-minded therapist. Just be yourself with me. I’m not judgmental in the slightest, and there’s no right or wrong in my office.
I’ll ask questions here and there not only to clarify things I don’t understand, but also that I hope might help you on your way to reaching your goals.

The duration of therapy depends on individual needs, resources, and treatment type. Research shows most clients report feeling better after about three months, but it varies. You can discuss concerns and questions anytime. Therapy is not a contractual obligation. However, most clients prefer to continue seeing me for check-ins after achieving their goals. If needed, frequency can be adjusted.
