RATES

Rates: My fees are based on my extensive education, training, and over 25 years of combined experience as a therapist, attorney, and corporate executive. I am also a Gottman Trained (Level 3) couples therapist and a certified mediator. This unique blend of skills allows me to offer a highly specialized and effective approach to therapy.

My rates are $180 for a 50-minute session and $280 for an 80-minute session.

Financial Assistance for Lawyers, Judges, & Law Students: If you're a lawyer, judge, or law student, you may qualify for financial assistance that covers 100% of your therapy costs with me through the Sheeran-Crowley Trust even if you have insurance. Insurance: A Client-Centered Approach

At Eros, I prioritize your needs over the demands of insurance companies. To maintain a client-centered approach, I've chosen not to participate in insurance programs.

Instead, by opting for private pay, you gain immediate access to therapy without insurance restrictions, ensuring personalized attention, a quicker path to achieving your goals, and enhanced confidentiality. You also have the freedom to choose your therapist, flexible scheduling options, customized treatment plans, and the ability to seek therapy without the need for a clinical diagnosis. Direct communication regarding payment ensures transparency and a seamless therapy experience.

Insurance Reimbursement

I will gladly provide you with visit receipts, which are typically sufficient for you to contact your insurance company directly to explore out-of-network benefits. Additionally, you can utilize flexible savings accounts (FSAs) or health savings accounts (HSAs) to cover my services. Please be advised, however, that your insurer may require a diagnosis for reimbursement. Some clients may not be comfortable with that for reasons unique to them.

Tax Deductions

It's also worth noting that therapy expenses may potentially qualify as a tax deduction, but it's essential to consult with your tax professional to explore the specific tax benefits available to you.
